Hi.

Welcome to my website. Documenting special events and adventures throughout the years. I hope you can stay a while - make yourself at home.

Day 5: November 30, 2019

First rest day after a pull workout. Let’s set how we feel…

  • Woke up and for the first time since starting I’m feeling hungry and ready to eat. Breakfast goes down easy but again lunch and dinner are pretty tough to finish in one go.

  • Bowel movements are finally back to normal, so that’s a good sign.

  • Took all the supplements as required again, and it’s the last day of loading up on glutamine, so grateful that that whole process is finally in the books. The two-hour alarm was starting to give me the heebie jeebies these last couple of days. Glad to be off it.

  • As it was my first rest day after a pull workout, I did think I was going to be a bit more sore than I was, but I’m really only feeling it slightly in my biceps. I’ve been training my back and glutes/hams pretty extensively over the last few months so I’m thinking that may have something to do with it.

  • Not much else to report for the day! Overall health is feeling pretty good. Really the eating is the only majorly difficult part of the program so far. Might be feeling a little more sluggish than usual but overall things are great, especially for making such a big change in my diet.
